  My husband went to pick up a major auto part tonight that has been paid for and was supposed to have been sent from the Marianna store to Chipley by today. The Marianna location didn't send the part to Chipley as promised. The one star rating for the Marianna location is because they failed to send the part that had been paid for where they said they would AND didn't offer to get the part to him tonight once they were contacted from the Chipley location! The one star is for the pitifully poor communication between the two locations and lack of good customer service. Neither location accepted their fault in the situation and offered to make it right and get him the part tonight. This was very rude and frustating! My husband ended up making another trip to Marianna to get the part. I don't even think that they took into consideration the extra cost and wasted time that went along with their error, nor did they offer any compensation for it! All of this could have prevented with proper communication and following through on their word.
