  Had a warranty issue with a Remington electric chainsaw. To make a long story short, lady at the counter said warranty was refused. I called Remington they are sending new chainsaw. Went back to pick up broken one, Western Auto kept $30 deposit and I received my broken chainsaw back in pieces in a box. Asked counter lady why Remington refused, she said she did not know and she became extremely unpleasant with me. I said you have some attitude, and told her she just lost any future business. She said fine.
